Conditions for Accommodations

To ensure housing availability, please place your reservations by Thursday of the week prior to training.

  • I understand that check-in is available between 5:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. the evening before the scheduled start of the class. I may also check in the day of my class between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.

  • I must notify the Residence Hall personnel if I will arrive after 10:00 p.m. by calling (859) 622-1703.

  • I understand that I will occupy the room with another student.

  • I understand that Thompson Residence Hall is a non-smoking facility.

  • I understand that I must present picture ID upon check-in.

  • I will be attending the course listed below and request a room; I will provide a 48-hour notice of my cancellation to make space available for others to utilize.
