Smith & Wesson and Buds Police Supply will offer a one-day pistol training at the DOCJT Boonesborough range on Tuesday, Sept. 10. There will be two sessions (Session A from 8 a.m. until noon and Session B from 1-5 p.m.) Course content will include student assessment, acceptable sight procedures, target focused shooting, trigger management and hand speed. No more than two people from the same department can sign up unless there is space available. The maximum class capacity is 20 students. Email Rick Shene to sign up.
