Mr. Douglas Czor is currently serving as President of the Kentucky Peace Officers Association. Mr. Czor was an instructor monitor for the Kentucky Law Enforcement Council for 11 years after he retired from the Department of Criminal Justice Training in 2004 working 27 years. Prior to that, he was an officer with the Richmond Police Department. He received his Bachelor of Science in Law Enforcement at Eastern Kentucky University in 1973. Mr. Czor brings to the Council a wealth of knowledge, professional contacts and experience in program development, instruction and administration to meet the educational needs of law enforcement. He taught the Techniques for Police Instructor’s course for 22 years, attended most KLEC meetings since 1985 and has presented hundreds of curricula to the Council. He presently assists on the Kentucky Law Enforcement Memorial Golf Tournament committee. He currently serves on the Certification Committee.
