It is the Department of Criminal Justice Training's goal to offer effective and efficient leadership training to Kentucky law enforcement supervisors, managers and executives. The department has developed a comprehensive leadership training program that will allow officers to develop the appropriate skills, knowledge and abilities as they progress in rank and responsibility.
The Kentucky Leadership Institute's mission is to provide quality leadership training and services to criminal justice and public safety supervisors, managers and executives to enhance their ability to provide effective and efficient public services to the citizens of the Commonwealth.
