The Deputy Commissioner advises and represents the Commissioner
and the agency at meetings with federal, state, and local
agencies, local officials and legislators. The Deputy Commissioner
serves as chief liaison to all client agencies and represents
the agency at all regional and state professional association
meetings. The Deputy Commissioner also initiates, directs
and executes other duties and special projects as required.
