	I understand that check in is available between 5:00 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. the evening before the scheduled start of the class. I may also check in the day of my class between 7:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. I must notify the Residence Hall personnel if I will arrive after 10:00 p.m. by calling (859) 622-1703. I understand that I will occupy the room with another student. I understand that Thompson Residence Hall is a non-smoking facility. I understand that I must present picture ID upon check-in. I will be attending the above listed course and request a room; I will provide a 48-hour notice of my cancellation to make space available for others to utilize.
