I must notify the Residence Hall personnel if I will arrive after 10:00 p.m. by calling (859) 622-1703. I understand that I will occupy the room with another student. I understand that Thompson Residence Hall is a non-smoking facility. I understand that I must present picture ID upon check-in. I will be attending the above listed course and request a room; I agree to provide 48-hours' notice in the event of cancellation. I understand that DOCJT requires 48 hours notice for cancellation of reservations and that my agency will be billed by DOCJT for lodging for failure to properly cancel.
